What we collect
When you write to us, register for an event, ask about Workday training, or send a career profile, we collect your name and contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us in the message.
We use that information to reply, to tell you about future events if you asked us to, and to support conversations with prospective clients. Some of that work may involve a third-party marketing or email provider acting on our instructions.
Giving us contact details is optional. Without them we cannot reply.
How we keep it
Enquiry information is stored so that only the people who need it can read it. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Write to admin@evoke-hr.com, call 09 918 2411, or write to PO Box 11, Matakana 0985.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond, to meet a request you made, or to meet a legal or security obligation. You can ask us to erase personal information we hold about you. That does not include information we are obliged to keep.
