EvokeHR is an official Workday partner. Through us, you enroll in Workday’s own training and exams and earn a Workday Pro certification on your terms, whether you’re in the US, the UK or elsewhere.
On your terms
No sponsor needed. Just the credits you need.
Workday certification usually comes through a Workday customer or an implementation partner. If your employer isn’t either, or you’re working independently, you can enroll through EvokeHR and get the same official training and exams.
Training is bought in Workday Learning Credits. You buy credits for the courses and exam in the learning path you choose, and later for a recertification exam to renew it. Credits are valid for 18 months from purchase.
You choose the class times that suit you, and there’s no deadline to sit the exam inside those 18 months.

The path
From first course to certified.

Courses
Live, instructor-led online classes run by Workday trainers, usually 4 full days per course, with class times across time zones. Some pathways, including HCM Core, also offer self-paced FlexPath.

Practice exams
Each course includes knowledge checks and practice exams you can repeat. There’s no deadline after the course, so you can keep practicing until you feel ready.

Proctored exam
A proctored exam of about two hours, booked through Workday Learning and taken online or at a test center. Each enrollment gives you one attempt.

Certified for two years
Workday issues your Workday Pro certification and Credly badge. It’s valid for two years, and you renew it with a recertification exam, without repeating the course.
Most people start with Workday Pro HCM Core. Finance professionals usually start with Record to Report.
Pricing
Priced per credit, in US dollars.
As a long-term partner we get volume discounts and pass them on to you. There are no other fees beyond the credits.
Workday Learning Credits

Example: full HCM Core certification
9 credits: HCM Core for Administrators (4 credits), HCM Core Supplemental for Administrators (4 credits) and the exam (1 credit). At US$650 per credit, that’s US$5,850, covering the live classes, documentation, practice exams and one exam attempt.
Pricing is the same in USD wherever you’re based, and we invoice by international bank transfer. Credits can be combined across certifications or across several learners to reach a better tier, on one itemized invoice or separate invoices.
About EvokeHR
We are an official Workday partner, listed on the Workday Marketplace with Innovation, Sales and Services partner badges. That status lets us buy Workday Learning Credits and enroll you directly in Workday’s own training.
We don’t run our own courses. Workday runs the courses and issues the certification. We handle the admin: buying your credits, setting up your Workday Learning and Community access, approving your enrollments and raising cases with Workday if something goes wrong.
