The most common question we always get is where to start! We have had extensive experience with customers navigating the answer to this question. Often the answer is just to ask a lot of questions and understand the main problem you are trying to solve and setting up a process and framework to suit your need. 

Another typical question!  Often organisations are swayed by past alliances or experiences when selecting a product or service. A harder question to answer as technology improves however it all boils down to your preference! We can help highlight some of the benefits and challenges of both approaches. 

The answer is not quite straight forward as depends on a number of factors but a general rule of thumb is 3-4 months is industry standard for a niche HR solution (other than HR core). The time and complexity increases when you add more solutions and sequence.  HR core which sits over a payroll system can take from 6-9 months.
